How long do I have access to my course ? 

You have access to the online recordings for the duration of your membership. Any downloadable course materials shared with you for the duration of the program are yours to keep forever. 

What is your attendance and cancellation policy? 

Attendance and participation in coaching sessions & memberships are essential for overall success. While Speech Your Mind understands that illnesses and emergencies occur, we respectfully request that you avoid frequent cancellations or “no shows”. We require 24-hour advance notice to avoid a cancellation fee if you are a 1:1 client. All group sessions are recorded and you will have access to them for the duration of your membership. Please refer to our cancellation policy outlined in your intake paperwork.

What is your refund policy ? 

All sales are final. 

What forms of payment are accepted? 

All major credit cards are accepted forms of payment. Payment is due in full prior to the start of services or a payment plan option can be discussed. A credit card will be required to be kept on file regardless of payment method. Please contact us to request our rates.
